(Bob) Jenkins, Sr. has been a trial attorney in Dalton, Georgia, since 1990. He holds a BBA in Business Management from Georgia Southern University and a JD from Mercer University School of Law. He is the author The Battle of Peach Tree Creek and To The Gates of Atlanta. Jenkins is president of Save the Dalton Battlefields, LLC and is vice chair of Whitfield County's Historic Preservation Commission.
