Author Information

Carolyn Rexius is a semi-retired mental health clinician practicing in Eugene, Oregon. She is the mother of three, the grandmother of six and the great-grandmother of six. She has worked with families, couples, and individuals for over thirty years. Carolyn co-founded Christians as Family Advocates (CAFA), a community mental health agency in 1994, The agency has an emphasis on working with people having experienced trauma especially in the context of domestic violence. Sandy Silverthorne has been writing and illustrating books for more than twenty-five years. He lives in Eugene with his wife, a cat and two labradoodles.
