SAMPLE RECIPE Recipe 1: Pot-Infused Caramel Blondies Ingredients Caramel 1/2 cup white sugar 6 tablespoons heavy cream 2 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon sea salt Blondies 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 stick melted butter 8 tablespoons cannabutter 2 cups packed light brown sugar 4 large eggs Method Making the Caramel Mix the sugar with 1 tablespoon of clean water and boil in a saucepan Allow to boil until it forms a syrup and later a brownish caramel Remove from heat and mix with the heavy cream, butter, and sea salt Allow to cool at room temperature Making the Blondies Grease the baking tray and preheat the oven to 350 Degrees In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder Take a larger bowl and beat the butter and brown sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Add the cannabutter and mix. Add the eggs and mix Add the flour mixture into the large bowl gradually as you mix until it is well incorporated Pour the batter in the baking dish and drizzle the caramel and swirl creatively using a toothpick Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick at the center to check if ready. If it comes out clean you are good to go. Remove from the oven and cool. Cut into blondies and serve
