Author Information

Agnes Arnold-Forster is a social, cultural, and medical historian of modern Britain. She is a postdoctoral research and engagement fellow on the Wellcome Trust Investigator Award, Surgery & Emotion, based at the University of Roehampton. She completed her PhD at King's College London in 2017 and has published widely in journals such as Social History of Medicine, Medical Humanities, and the British Medical Journal. Cat Gould grew up in Sydney, Australia, and after extensive travel moved to the United States in 1990. A classically trained actress with a BFA from Southern Oregon University, she has performed in many regional productions.
