Kim is a mom to boy/girl twins (Cameron & Charlotte), and a step-mom to two girls (Marion & Kenner)... She owns a lifestyle photography studio in Cleveland, Ohio where she specializes in child/family portrait photography. Both her work and life revolve around kids, and nothing makes her happier than playing with kids at work, and coming home to her husband Kenny, kids, dogs and ducks! When the twins were born, books instantly became a part of the morning, nap and bedtime routine. Kim was especially moved by books that expressed the ideas, lessons, and values she wanted to instill in her kids. There were books about love, friendship, and even confidence... but she wanted a book to let kids know that they can be whatever they want to be... and The Can Be Book was born.
