Vernon Zwiers owns a training and consultancy company, DenVer Project Management and Professional Services. He has written a successful course on business analysis and design techniques on which this book is based. The course is also published internationally in partnership with Trinity Business Solutions. He lectures, consults and works in the industry, locally and internationally, as a business analyst and project manager.
