Adelaide's Tania Ingram is a celebrated author of children's picture books, novels, and poetry. Prior to writing whimsical stories full-time, she worked as a child psychologist with a master's degree from the University of South Australia. Her book My Teacher's Big Bad Secret was shortlisted in the 2016 Speech Pathology Book of the Year Awards, and the first book in her Aggie Flea series, Aggie Flea is NOT a Liar! was listed as a Notable Book in the 2024 Children's Book Council of Australia Book of the Year Awards. A talent across mediums, Lucinda Gifford's bright and humourous illustrations come to life on paper, canvas, and computer screens. Working out of her studio in Melbourne, she has illustrated over thirty children's books, including 2024 CBCA Notables Hair! and Big Dog is a Big Help. When Lucinda is not illustrating fantastical children's book characters, she conducts live sketching events to promote creative problem-solving, and runs artistic workshops across Australian schools.
