OverviewFrom the preface: This Handbook was compiled with the intention to provide boundary element practitioners - users as well as scholars - with a reference book giving details of the most important boundary element publications as well as the most up to date codes. The editors believe that this handbook will fill an important role in boundary element research and applications, by providing not only a comprehensive set of references but also detailed information of available boundary element software. They also hope that the Who's Who section will help boundary element researchers to become more aware of the work carried out by their colleagues and help to strengthen the contacts between members of the boundary element community. Advances in scientific research are a direct function of the degree of contact and interaction between individual researchers. The editors hope that this Handbook will help to motivate research within the boundary element community. Full Product DetailsAuthor: J. MacKerle , C. A.
