Author Information

Guyana-born Dawattie Basdeo has been teaching yoga for 14 years. She’s passionate about empowering young people to manage their wellbeing as well as sharing both the spiritual and physical benefits of the discipline. She’s also a regular contributor to the original mindfulness magazine, Breathe, and its sibling publication, TEEN Breathe, and has worked closely with their editors to produce this informative and engaging guide.
