Reviews

In sum, this is a very rich text and it is a very welcome addition to the sources currently available for the Near East of the early twelfth century. The text is well supported with references and additional translated texts... Overall, both for students and for seasoned academics, Christie has provided scholars with an excellent edition of a vital text. - Nicholas Morton, Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham, UK
