Overview

The ancient Hebrew apocalyptic religious scripture known as The Book of Enoch (Hebrew:, Sfer ăn; Ge'ez: , Maafa Hnok) is credited to the patriarch Enoch, who was the great-grandfather of Noah. Unique information about the origins of demons and Nephilim, the reasons why some angels fell from heaven, an explanation of why the Genesis flood was ethically required, and a prophecy of the Messiah's thousand-year rule may be found in the Book of Enoch. Enoch is typically credited with writing three books, including the unique works 2 Enoch and 3 Enoch. Most Jewish and Christian church entities do not accept any of the three texts as canonical literature. Section I Chapters I-36 are included in the book.
