He lives with his family in Santa Barbara, California. Inspired by his two young boys and a lifelong love of the ocean, he often writes about the wonders of the sea. Growing up I developed a passion for drawing and painting, inspired by the surrounding scenery of North Wales. After studying at Art college, I began my career in animation at Cosgrove Hall Films, working on several productions including - Danger Mouse, Count Duckula & Roald Dahl's BFG (Big Friendly Giant). I continued working on classically animated films for legendary directors such as Don Bluth - All Dogs go to Heaven, Steven Spielberg - An American Tail 2 (Fieval goes West ) & Richard Williams - The Thief and the Cobbler. I have also spent many years animating and designing characters for the computer games industry for major studios, on titles such as Jurassic Park, Broken Sword, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon and Harry Potter. I now live on Prince Edward Island in Canada with my family, where I use my experience to create characters and art for children's books. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
