The Blue Rangers is the first installment of the fictional series, The Rangers of Utalma. The Rangers of Utalma is a fictional series about a militia group called the Blue Rangers and the trials and battles that they face while fighting to achieve their goal of freeing the kingdom from the tyrannical rule of the Hand of the Imperium, and their oligarchal leader-ring, the Council of Ten. Through victories, through perils, adversity and achievement, the Rangers are tried and tested to their core as their courage, bravery, determination, resolve and brotherhood are challenged by the hardships they face.
