Reviews

""This is a disturbing book that demands attention with its jaw-dropping twists... Royer’s first book to be translated into English is a layered mystery mixed with a gory horror retelling of a children’s classic."" —Library Journal ""Dark and twisted riff on L. Frank Baum’s classic… The ensuing horror-tinged mystery plot is as inventive as it is grotesque… This page-turning thrill ride is strong enough to stand on its own. For readers who relish the heinous, it will scratch that itch.” —Publishers Weekly ""Move over, 'Wicked.' A wild new take on 'The Wizard of Oz' is coming, and it’s a gruesome Canadian serial killer mystery filled with easter eggs."" —Variety
