Overview

Twelve years after a brutal war takes place, retired war hero Gimiah Brimstone lives in isolation on her decrepit manor in the fog of the Oppius Lands. On a misty night in late March, Gimiah discovers the dead body of her elusive stableman. The involvement of her own beloved hound appears to stain the scene, yet further killings allude to something far beyond her control. What seems like random tragedy soon becomes an entangled web of mystery and death as ghosts from her past begin to resurface for reasons she can't imagine. Horrors that broke her are still thriving well outside her home-she must awaken to reality and step outside the mighty wall she built within herself to protect her damaged mind. All that Gimiah holds dear awaits the gallows of another's will, forcing her to call on the warrior she once was to find the end of the thread in order to save herself and those she loves.
