Author Information

Professor Fulvia Bovera is an Associate Professor of Animal Agriculture at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in Naples, Italy. She earned her veterinary degree and her PhD in Animal Production from the same University. Her research interests include the nutritional and sustainable aspects of insects in fish and poultry feed as well as the improvement of honey bee production. She serves on several editorial boards and has served in guest editor roles, both for internationally recognized journals. Professor Patrizia Falabella is a Full Professor of General and Applied Entomology at the Università degli Studi della Basilicata. She earned her PhD from the same university in Applied Biology in 2000 with a specialization in Insect Molecular Biology. She is a member of several editorial boards and has served in guest editor roles for Insects and Frontiers in Physiology.
