Inspired by the onset of punk, in the late 1970s he escaped factory life and moved to London. He has exhibited in numerous group shows in Brighton and Los Angeles, and staged a month-long solo show at London's prestigious Horse Hospital gallery. Michael Christopher ""Mike"" Diana is an underground cartoonist. His work deals with themes including sexuality, violence, and religion With her trademark dark eye makeup and black leather jacket, ex bass player Gaye Black AKA Gaye Advert was the quintessential punk poster girl of the 1970's. Advert appeared in several editions of the music weekly Sounds, NME and Melody Maker, and after a couple of appearances on Top of The Pops she cemented her place as the 1970's Britpunk ""It Girl."" During the late 1970's, she was photographed in London with the likes of Captain Sensible (the Damned), Joey Ramone, Motorhead's Lemmy, and the Sex Pistols' Paul Cook, as well as her fellow band member (and long term partner) T.V Smith.
