Overview

Patrolman Sam Riley, a ten-year veteran of the Bloomfield, Illinois Police Dept., catches The Northside Burglar on foot ad is promoted to the rank of Detective. He shortly thereafter develops psychic powers after a chance encounter with a spirit named Mystery. Det.
