voted #1 GOODREADS BEST NEW SERIES This is the third in the Security Through Absurdity series, and it just keeps getting better. I'm amazed at the complexity of the issues raised in this third book which concentrates on the American political process. Jocelyn is living in a nightmare world where her life seems to be under threat but she has no idea why. Her main aim is to keep the kids safe while trying to continue as normal, despite interacting with a variety of very odd people as part of the unofficial Ray Pierce election campaign. Normality is a relative term in Jocelyn's world where blackmailers and ghosts make a regular appearance and Stan the congressman gets weirder by the minute. The writing is getting more and more impressive, and accomplished, as it describes Jocelyn's anxieties, Ethan's world, the skulduggery of politics and the tying up of many of the threads from the previous books. This is a brilliant read which is full of suspense, and will leave you with clanging questions over the future of the world! -Sarah Hague Amazon 5of5 stars
