Robert Macklin (Author) Robert Macklin wrote for the leading Australian newspapers and THE BULLETIN magazine. During 12 years at the CANBERRA TIMES from 1991 he was Arts Editor and then Associate Editor of the paper. Peter Thompson (Author) Born in Melbourne, Peter Thompson now lives in London, having enjoyed a successful career as a journalist in the UK. He has written biographies of Robert Maxwell and Jack Nicholson, among others. His most recent books are Pacific Fury, and, with Robert Macklin, The Big Fella-The Rise and Rise of BHP Billiton, Anzac Fury and Shanghai Fury. He visits Australia regularly.
