Reviews

The Big Bliss Blueprint is a great read that has helped me realize things in life. The style of the book is something I haven't seen before, which I really enjoy because I usually find myself getting distracted when I read. It's also a great way to get creative even when you finish the book. You can open to any page and learn something. This is definitely on my list of favorite books! -Joseph Siple, Social Media Influencer An excellent, easy read. Its advice is relevant for people today. The goal is to challenge yourself to do something different in order to grow. This phrase summarizes the entire premise of The Big Bliss Blueprint. If you are ready to grow, or if you are just curious about how to grow, this book will be a tremendous help. Shell Phelps' expertise as a life coach shows on each thoughtful page. Using the strategies in this book, readers will grow to better understand themselves and their actions. -Greta Picklesimer, author The Big Bliss Blueprint offers bite-size wisdom that helps us become our best selves. As a woman balancing family, work and self-care, Shelly's strategies help turn challenges and crossroads into opportunities for personal and professional growth. -Robyn Doornweerd, Communications Specialist With important life-altering and simple themes of kindness, love, compassion, gentleness, and humor, these lessons are certainly needed more than ever. The suggested challenges and recommended practices are simple, easy and totally doable! Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the changes to behavior, Shelly offers bite-sized suggestions that pack a lot of improvement punch. Whoa - the unplug strategy! If you read anything at all in this book, try this suggestion. In today's modern world, this may feel impossible... but it's mandatory now more than ever. - Davina McDonnell, Product Marketing Manager, Cogiscan The Big Bliss Blueprint is a tremendously enjoyable tool. Each page is a standalone strategy for tackling life with a more constructive, upward-spiraling, and positive approach. I read a strategy first thing in the morning, spend a few minutes thinking about the subject and then I look to apply throughout the day. If you're an overly busy person with information coming at you from all directions, like me, I highly recommend the Big Bliss Blueprint as a tool to help make your life, and the life of those around you, easier and more enjoyable. -Scott James, CEO Applied Dynamics International This book made me stop and think. It makes you look deep within yourself and then offers explanation, understanding and practice. It is a book that helps to explain what goes on inside our heads that many times keep us from truly enjoying life. -Jeff Riedel, Director of Continuous Improvement
