Ellen Becker has spent many years editing and promoting children's books to support various literacy initiatives. Prior to that, she worked in communications in Washington, D.C. and New York City. She loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children. Lingyan Gu is a children's book illustrator originally from Shanghai, China. Having traveled widely, she loves using vibrant colors to capture the warmth and joy of everyday life.
