Sandy Wolf is a private trainer and former swimwear fitting expert whose career has spanned four decades of helping people see their worth beyond someone else's standards. A lifelong friend to many and now full-time caregiver to her 100-plus-year-old mother, she brings grit, humor, and unapologetic honesty to every story she tells. She lives just outside the DC metro area with her teacup Shih Tzu puppy, Char, and two Ragdoll cats.
