Jaya Saxena is the coauthor of Basic Witches and a staff writer at Eater. Her work has appeared in many outlets, including the New York Times, Buzzfeed, GQ, Elle, Electric Literature, Catapult, The Daily Dot, The Toast, and more. She lives in New York City with her partner. Lameece Issaq is an actor, voice-over actor, playwright, screenwriter, and Founding Artistic Director of Obie-winning Noor Theatre. Erin Bennett is an Earphones Award-winning narrator and a stage actress who played Carlie Roberts in the BBC radio drama Torchwood: Submission. She can be heard on several video games. Regional theater appearances include the Intiman, Pasadena Playhouse, Arizona Theatre Company, A Noise Within, Laguna Playhouse, and the Getty Villa. She trained at Boston University and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Shahjehan Khan is a Pakistani-American narrator, actor, and touring musician. He fell into this work when a producer at Audible heard his punk band interviewed on NPR in 2009, but didn't start to dive into the medium until relatively recently, thanks in large part to the lovely folks at Macmillan Audio who have believed in him since his first title with them. Although he is now often distracted with roles in movies, TV, and playing in all his bands, he will always love the booth. He's now approaching 30 official titles with many of the major publishers and recently won his first Earphones award. Shaj's voice is on the chill, smooth, and calming side, but he's definitely skilled at pushing it and finding multiple characters within a story with consistency and agility. He's also an award-winning podcast host and producer: his show ""King of The World"" was nominated for an Ambie and a Webby; and he's currently producing a Tribeca-nominated mini series on groovy 60s psychedelic Pakistani music called ""Karachi Nights"". His main inspiration is his awesome and super smart scientist partner Lauren. Avi Roque was always searching for creative outlets as a child, whether they were drawing cartoons, coloring, painting, or, despite their shyness, performing for their family. Having received their bachelor's degree in theater arts from California State University, Fullerton, they are a proud member of the Actors' Equity Association. A Latinx/Trans/Non-Binary artist, they adore the arts and believe that there is always a story to tell.
