Author Information

BEN KATCHOR, guest editor, is the cartoonist of Hand-Drying in America; The Jew of New York;Julius Knipl, Real Estate Photographer: The Beauty Supply District; and The Cardboard Valise. He has received a Guggenheim Memorial Foundation fellowship and a MacArthur Foundation fellowship. BILL KARTALOPOULOS is a comics critic, educator, curator, and editor. He teaches comics history at the School of Visual Arts.
