Author Information
Yin Libo is the Director of the China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (CICS-CERT), a senior engineer, and President of the National Industrial Security Industry Alliance (NISIA). She has engaged in research on policy theories and technical industries in informatization and cybersecurity for many years, and has led the implementation of a number of key projects. She has also participated in the development of several national standards, and has taken the lead in compiling multiple monographs such as Information Security for Industrial Control Systems. Wang Lijun is the Director of the International Cooperation Research Center of CICS-CERT. He has engaged in informatization, smart city projects, and international cooperation for many years. He has also led a number of provincial and ministerial-level research projects, and published over 100 academic papers and articles in journals such as China Soft Science and Information China. Zhang Yu is the Assistant Director of the International Cooperation Research Center of CICS-CERT and a senior engineer. He has engaged in research into smart cities, industrial information security, and international cooperation. He has undertaken several research programs and published dozens of academic papers in journals such as China Soft Science and Shanghai Informatization.
