"Chitralekha Duttagupta (PhD, Rhetoric and Composition/Linguistics, Arizona State University) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Basic Composition at Utah Valley University. Her chief interests and specialization are in the fields of Basic Composition theory and pedagogy. She co-edited the third edition of the Bedford Bibliography for Teachers of Basic Writing (with Gregory Glau) and is co-editor (with Robert J. Miller) of the fourth edition of the Bedford Bibliography for Teachers of Basic Writing. She is also co-author of the basic writing textbook Everyday Writing. Reading is her greatest passion. Robert J. Miller is an Associate Professor of English at Community College of Baltimore County. He has taught at City College of San Francisco, Arizona State University, and several other schools, including having a received a Fulbright to teach in Yugoslavia. His interests lay in Basic Writing and Acceleration, having been involved in ALP since its inception, and he is currently focusing on Professional Development in Basic Writing. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the Council of Basic Writing."""
