Author Information

The Editors: Graham Phillips is Visiting Fellow at Oxford Brookes University and Founding Principal of The Henley College. Dr Tim Pound is Senior Lecturer in Education at Oxford Brookes University. The Series Editors Ann Hodgson and Ken Spours are both lecturers and researchers in the Institute of Education's Lifelong Learning Group, University of London. Together they have been published widely in the fields of education policy and reform.
