Joyel is an aeronautical engineer with several patents and published papers who has led engineering teams working in the aerospace field for over twenty-three years. This is her first personally published book, a memoir written to share her experience, strength, and hope for others who might have been in similar situations. She lives in upstate New York with her husband, kids, dog, cat, and chickens.
