Hamidreza Azizi is an expert in Iran's foreign and security policy and in broader Middle Eastern geopolitical dynamics. He is visiting fellow at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in Berlin, non-resident fellow at the Middle East Council on Global Affairs in Doha, and associate researcher at Clingendael, Netherlands Institute of International Relations.
