Overview

Dominic's world had been a fairly simple life. To live his life to the best of his abilities, gain experience, level up, and strive to enjoy himself as best as one could in a backwater. Which, while tough on its own, was made infinitely harder by his father being the local executioner. All of that becomes infinitely worse when his entire family is murdered. Now he's the King of a nearly non-existent royal family. The Dukes have all sworn vassalage to him and are working together with him to stop a brand-new threat to Dolphen. An invasion from the Fathin Empire who wants to take over all of Dolphen. A truly horrifying number of troops are moving to the border to wash the land in blood. Nick had done all that he could to prevent more of his people from losing their lives, but this new enemy doesn't share that view. Dominic Randolph the Dragon-King sits atop a throne he barely managed to take for his family as enemies and dangers approach. His country hasn't even recovered yet from its civil war it only just managed to end. Numerous deaths, loss of equipment and skills, and economic issues aplenty. There had even been a loss of a Dungeon core which was a long-term loss that would take decades to recover from. Yet fate waits for no-one and Nick must now push ever onward to secure a throne he barely has sat upon a handful of times, because if he doesn't, there's no telling what the Fathin Empire might do to take it. Armed with his family's weapons, Lucian's guidance, and his companions, Domnic's adventure continues. And comes to an End.
