Sharon brings over a decade of professional experience in the field of casting and nearly 20 years of involvement in independent and fringe productions to 'The Audition Room.' Her knowledge and experiences, along with those of the interviewees, is intertwined to give the reader help and advice in a practical fashion. Originally a Midlands lass she moved to the big smoke in 2000 and is now very much a confirmed Londoner. This book marks Sharon's first non-fiction work; though she has written creatively over the years, mainly short films some features and one play.
