Alex Irvine is the author of 29 books, including the International Horror Guild, Locus, and Crawford award-winning A Scattering of Jade, as well as tie-in titles with ""Supernatural,"" Transformers, Tintin, Pacific Rim, and Marvel Comics (Hellstorm, Son of Satan; Daredevil Noir; Iron Man- Rapture). He holds a PhD in English and was an English professor at the University of Maine for six years.
