She has published widely in management, organizational, and communication journals. ROBERT A. SARR is chairman and general manager of Santa Fe Southern Railway, Inc. His indepAndent management consulting clients include Colgate--Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, and the Girl Scouts of America.
