Author Information

A master trainer, Jean's experience ranges from corporate work in the U.S., to intercultural work in Canada, Holland, Africa, and the Middle East. She was a volunteer Law Enforcement Chaplain for 15 years. She develops training materials for corporate clients as well as non-profit and humanitarian organizations.
