She is privileged to have worked with organizations across multiple sectors and geographies and is a trusted adviser and executive coach to 'C' level leaders. Sylvana completed her Doctor of Business Administration in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Global Leadership and subsequently authored The Impact of Diversity on Global Leadership Performance: LEAD³ published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2014.
