Hey, I'm Ralph. I love life, my wife and my renegade toddler daughter. I love to write, but really I'm a pastor who loves Jesus and people, preaching, fishing and Cookies & Cream ice cream - it's delicious right! I do heaps of leadership development with emerging and well seasoned leaders, but the book I wrote, The Anonymous Leader, will convince you more than any words here.
