I was raised in a very low-income household and as such was raised on assistance. I have 4 daughters as well as 3 canine fur-babies and 1 feline one, and currently reside in Alberta. I wrote this book to bring awareness of the taxes we pay, both needed and unneeded, and why people are so angry with taxes-the most recent being the carbon tax which has raised the cost of living for everything and everyone, and which has made life very expensive and difficult, especially for low-income people who can not afford to pay more, and are rightfully very angry.
