The Angelos compiler is a new way to design a programming language... in days. Without assembly. The book contains two similar souce code listings that are heavily commented. Sections include: a debugger, help, a compiler, and a virtual machine. Encapsulate the commands of your present compiler in a wrapper. Then program in the assembler of the created virtual machine. Speed is 60% of the base language. The compiler fits in 103k bytes, includes 255 commands, and runs on 20 operating systems via DOSBox.
