Overview

In the beginning, there was no Circle M ranch. Thirty years ago, there was only the girl next door and a boy too shy to tell her he loved her ... In December of one of the hardest winters the Miller family has yet seen, Reuben, the middle son, is part of his sister's wedding party with Naomi Glick. Reuben hopes to court Naomi himself once he's baptized. The problem is, Naomi's cousin Roy, who has been working on the Glick place since spring, is also sweet on her. When Naomi announces her plans to go with Roy and the newlyweds on their honeymoon visit to Lancaster County, Reuben realizes time has run out. Showing Naomi he's the right man for her will take all the courage and love in his heart-and maybe even a Christmas miracle... The Montana Millers. They believe in faith, family, and the land. They'll need all three when love comes to Mountain Home! The Amish Cowboy's Christmas is the parents' prequel to the Amish Cowboys of Montana romance series. Though the books can be read as standalones, there is a family thread running through them all. No strong language, just a loving kiss and a guaranteed happily ever after. Enjoy this girl-next-door, best-friends-to-true-love romance, with a shy suitor!

Reviews

""The first thing I loved about this story from Adina Senft is that it's set in Montana - we don't get many Amish stories set on the Western side of the US, so it was fun to shift gears from farming to ranching. The Montana landscape in winter is an added bonus! I also loved that this is a prequel to her Amish Cowboys of Montana series, the origin story, if you will, of the Circle M Ranch and the love story that accompanies it. This story is a girl-next-door romance with layered characters and an overall sweetness to the tone that warms the heart."" -Carrie Schmidt, Reading is My Superpower

Author Information

USA Today bestselling author Adina Senft grew up in a plain house church, where she was often asked by outsiders if she was Amish (the answer was no). She holds a PhD in Creative Writing from Lancaster University in the UK. Adina was the winner of RWA's RITA Award for Best Inspirational Novel in 2005 for Grounds to Believe, a finalist for that award in 2006 for Pocketful of Pearls, and was a Christy Award finalist in 2009 for The Fruit of My Lipstick. She appeared in the 2016 documentary film Love Between the Covers, is a popular speaker and convention panelist, and has been a guest on many podcasts, including Worldshapers and Realm of Books. She writes steampunk adventure and mystery as Shelley Adina; and as Charlotte Henry, writes classic Regency romance. When she's not writing, Adina is usually quilting, sewing historical costumes, or enjoying the garden with her flock of rescued chickens.
