This book is about a child named Saint who is learning how to do something new. Saint wants to play football but is scared he wont be good. He doesnt get the ball first but hes encouraged to keep trying. Saint learns to not give up while trying something new. Saint learns like all kids around the world that you will feel scared at some point when trying new things but you have to just keep trying. I used zoo animals as play mates to add more of a childish fun feel. The goal of this book is to encourage children all around the world like Saint of their power.My goal was to remind my son as he navigates through life he has it within him to do anything for the first time. Its okay to make mistakes as long as we try. I also want to remind Saint as well as all children to not be afraid to try new things. But if you are afraid its okay to feel a sense of fear. When this feeling is happening its because we are testing ourselves . In order to grow we have to be uncomfortable sometimes. As a first time mother I am always trying to make the memories stick for me and my son. I encourage all mothers around the world to do whats best for you and your children. Your happiness is a reflection of how happy you are also making your little ones. Being a parent is difficult but always create the memories or experiences that will be cherished for a lifetime. Dont sweat the little things because life is just too short. To all my moms and kids out there be your best self.
