He also graduated LLM from the Exeter University in 1988, LLM by research from the University of East Anglia in 1989, and DPhil from Oxford University in 1998. He was a Lecturer in Law at the Universities of Aberdeen, Sussex, and East Anglia. Currently, he is a practicing lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association and he teaches international law at the University of the Aegean.
