Author Information

Navy veterans Brian Andrews and Jeffrey Wilson (Andrews & Wilson) are the New York Times bestselling writing team behind the Wall Street Journal, Audible, and #1 Amazon bestselling Tier One series which has been optioned for television. Brian is a nuclear engineer and Park Leadership Fellow who served as an officer on a fast-attack submarine. Jeff is a vascular surgeon and jet pilot who conducted combat operations with an East Coast-based SEAL team and worked in covert government task forces. Their other works include the Sons of Valor and Shepherds series, and they recently took over Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan series, starting with book twenty-four, Act of Defiance. Jeff Wilson is the author of the Archon Sigil series. In addition to writing fantasy and science fiction, his interests include collectible card games such as Magic the Gathering (not interested at all but compelled to participate), self-promotion (considers it a deep personal torture), self-deprecating sarcasm, etymology, theoretical physics (emphasis on theoretical or maybe even crack-pot theoretical), milk and cookies, and finally, above all else, relaxing at home with a good book. Ray Porter is an AudioFile Earphones Award-winning narrator and fifteen-year veteran of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. He has appeared in numerous films and television shows, including Almost Famous, ER, and Frasier.
