Overview

After being dropped off at by her parents, Zoie is stuck at a flight school without the use of a hoverboard. Zoie (age 8) should have already learned to fly on her own. She can't understand why flying naturally is important when everyone in her world uses technology to move around but if she learns to fly, she has a chance to join an elite army led by her favorite superhero Wonder Owl. Now that she is separated from her hoverboard, she must go through the challenges of flight school and decide if she is going to quit or stick with it. Embarrassed by the sound of her not-so-silent wings, Zoie Owl is hesitant to fly. However, along the way Zoie meets some new friends, Howl Owl, Quinn Quail and a host of other young birds in the same class. Luckily most of them are Wonder Owl fans like Zoie is! With each flight lesson, Zoie must master a challenging obstacle course while overcoming her fear of being teased because of her wings, and her fear of failure. Good thing, Zoie has her Superhero Wonder Owl, with his stories of heroism, his gung-ho mottos, and slick kung fu moves to think about as her inspiration to guide her during tough times. Will the Zoie's role model and hero, Wonder Owl help Zoie to pass this flight school? Will Zoie learn to fly? Join Zoie and friends on her journey to fly on her own.
