Overview

Arthur Book's desire to change the ending of the serialized parody of college dorm life that he wrote as a college freshman is something easier said than done. Now that he finds himself living in a hybrid reality that combines the reality he knew with one filled with fictional characters, places, and things, he can only do this by going back in time and having his memory wiped so that he will believe that everything is happening for the first time. He now finds himself experiencing deja vu, as if all this has happened before somehow. Guided by voices in his head that sound eerily familiar, he becomes immersed in a battle against the matchstick men, the world's crappiest robots. Continuity errors are everywhere, the product of Arthur having to change the story with a single draft, the equivalent of a single take. There will be no rewrites, no reshoots. He only gets one shot to turn this into the story that unites the young men of dormitory suite 324 and forms bonds between them that will make them a force to be reckoned with in the future.
