Inspired by real goats and life on a working farm, Linda loves telling stories that celebrate curiosity, kindness, and a little bit of mischief.Linda has loved goats since she was a child, growing up around ranch life with a father who was a cattle rancher and always had a mischievous goat stirring up trouble. Years later, she found her way back to the farm by volunteering as a ""milk maid"" at Oats & Ivy Farm in Somis, California-an experience that sparked the inspiration for the Spuddy and Biscotti book series.When she's not writing, Linda enjoys spending time on the farm, dreaming up new adventures for Spuddy and Biscotti. She lives in California with her husband, and believes that the best stories often begin with curiosity and end with a smile.
