Author Information

Dr. Soseh Esmaeili is a Licensed Psychologist who obtained her doctorate from CSPP in San Francisco. After receiving extensive training during her post-doctoral fellowship at the Reiss Davis Child Study Center in Santa Monica, CA, she worked at a child and family mental health clinic for some time. She currently runs and provides treatment at her private practice, Reflections Therapy, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked in various capacities such as a clinical supervisor, clinician, and now a published author! Dr. Esmaeili's work The Adventures of Smoosi is a story based on her beloved dog, Nietzchie who she rescued from a shelter in San Francisco, CA. Using her work with children and Smoosi as her inspiration, she is able help children develop a better understanding of their emotions.
