Overview

In MDAM issue #3, a Ministry of Fisheries enforcement officer finds himself in trouble after discovering illegal fishing activities far out at sea. Meanwhile, Kofi and Esi meet an investigative journalist who is having trouble getting sources for his stories. After an emotional confrontation in issue #2, Kofi reconciles with his father and tells him the truth about his superpower. In a dramatic conclusion, Kofi and his father, Esi, and the journalist undertake a dynamic sea rescue.
