The coauthors of this book include a Who's Who of more than 200 leaders in the field, and they always deliver... All topics are covered and written in similar formats and, although packed with tremendous information, all chapters are easy to read. The book can be utilized as an up-to-date source of knee information by almost anyone who is interested in orthopaedics, from the beginning student to the experienced knee surgeon. Having said all of this about the written content, I have not touched upon my favorite part of the book, namely, the more than 1000 clear and helpful illustrations. Even with my familiarity with the topics, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I believe that this work should find its place on the shelves of all academic institutions as well as on the shelves of anyone who is interested in the adult knee. -The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery
