With over 30 years' experience, Ms. Strickler has worked for insurance companies, third-party administrators and self-insured employers. She is a second-generation workers' compensation claims professional and, in 2010, was appointed by Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona as Commissioner to the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Ms. Strickler is the current President of the Arizona Self-Insurer's Association and works as a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager for a large government pool. She is an instructor, claims auditor and is considered an Arizona workers' compensation policy and legislative expert.
